The Perth Cats was originally formed in 1991 with the intention of providing a platform for all Western Australian based Geelong supporters to hold functions and meet on a regular basis. Former W.A Geelong greats Polly Farmer and Dennis Marshall were instrumental in getting our club up and running in its formative years.
The Perth Cats is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer committee of "Die Hard" Geelong fanatics. Any revenue generated through functions goes directly to the running costs of the Geelong Football Club.
The Perth Cats holds regular functions geared around Geelong's fixtures each season and when Geelong is fixtured to play in Perth, holds major match day functions, which includes an after match get together giving Cat fans a great opportunity to meet and mingle with the players.
